Order Processing
Most non-customized orders are processed in 2 business days. All packages are shipped on business days only. Most carriers deliver Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.
Returns with Carrier of Your Choice
- Please send your return to the following address:
- Be sure to keep a copy of your return tracking number. Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable.
International Returns
- Under normal circumstances, returns are not supported, unless there is a quality problem that can be returned
- Items should be shipped back to FAHIZO using the Carrier of your Choice instructions.
- Return shipping charges are not refundable.

Price Adjustment Policies
If an item you purchased from FAHIZO goes on sale for a lower price within 30 days of the date of original purchase, we will refund the difference upon request.
